LTTE delegation returns from Dublin, European meetings

The Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) delegation, led by its Head of Political Wing S.P.Thamilchelvan, which had been to Dublin Ireland to finalize LTTE's proposals on Interim Administration to Northeast returned to Sri Lanka Saturday. Senior Commander Karuna arrived at the Illupadichenai Sports Grounds at 10.30 am in a special military helicopter, sources in Batticaloa said.

The LTTE delegation left for Dublin, Ireland from Colombo on the 2nd October.

After Dublin meeting the core members of the delegation proceeded to Denmark where they met the Danish Foreign Ministry officials.

Following the discussions in Denmark, the LTTE delegation visited Norway and met with Norwegian Foreign Minister Jan Peterson and members of the peace facilitation team before returning to Vanni.
