Amparai pre-school teachers receive Bicycles

Save the Children organization in Amparai district donated more than 50 new bicycles to preschool teachers as part of the Pre-School development project at an event held Wednesday in Attalaichenai.

Amparai district Head of Save the Children, other officials and district, regional and local co-ordinators for the Pre-school development project participated in the Bicycle awards event,

Meanwhile, Tamil Rehabilitation Organization (TRO) donated fishing nets to 25 fishermen in Kochchupetti, Attalaichenai and to 8 fresh water fishermen from living in Jalaldeen Camp. Three boats were also donated to Kochchupetti fishermen, TRO officials said.
