A sample of the permission issued by the Director General of Colombo-based DFAR to one of the companies engaged in the harvesting of Beche de mer and Chank in Mullaiththeevu. The intruding fishers from the South are violating all of the above mentioned conditions, accuse the representatives of the fisheries associations in Mullaiththeevu.
