Mr.V. Anandasangaree, TULF President presided. The meeting was conducted in a cordial atmosphere, sources said.
The nomination board comprising President, Secretary General, Senior Vice President, and Joint Treasurers on ex-officio basis and two other members from Amparai and Vavuniya districts was unanimously elected.
Mr.Anandasangaree will head the Nomination Board, TULF sources said.
TULF sources said that several items, which were not discussed at the last meeting of the central working committee held on December 30 last year were
taken up for discussion at Sunday meeting.
It was unanimously decided at the meeting to hold another meeting on February 22 to discuss matters related to election of new office bearers of the party, TULF sources said.
Meanwhile, the order on the case instituted by Mr.Anandasangaree against the
Secretary General and Senior Vice President of the TULF Messrs R.Sampanthan
