Tamil youth reported missing in Colombo

A Tamil youth from Old Moor Street in Colombo has been reported missing after he left home for work on Tuesday, September 11, his relatives in Colombo said. The person has been identified as S.Nishanthan, 25, is a mason, and a father of one child.

Nishanthan's wife has lodged a complaint with the Mutuwal Police, Civil Monitoring Committee in Colombo said.

Meanwhile, bodies of three male persons had been recovered at Pannala area in Anuradhapura district with cut injuries beyond recognition.

The bodies had been kept in the Anuradhapura general hospital for identification, police sources said.
