VoT says recruiting

The Voice of Tigers (VoT) radio has called for applications from people who have experience in the radio broadcasting field with a working knowledge of English and Sinhala.

In a special announcement, the VoT said it is also looking for persons having experience in publishing periodicals or newspapers.

The maximum age group of the applicants is 60 the radio said, adding that 'good radio' voices were being sought.

The applications should be sent to the radio station address at Mulliyawalai before December 31, said the radio.

The VoT, which began a Sinhala service last month, is now transmitting in Short Wave.
