MoD suspends Dialogue cell phone service in Batticaloa

The Ministry of Defence has instructed the termination of all Dialogue cell phone services within Batticaloa District since Tuesday morning until further notice, sources said.

The abrupt directive has inconvenienced thousands of cell phone users in the district.

The cell phone services outside Batticaloa district are not affected by the Government action.
