TID interrogates Selvam Adaikalanathan

Selvam Adaikalanathan, Vanni district Tamil National Alliance (TNA)
parliamentarian, for the third day - Saturday - was summoned to the
Headquarters of the Terrorist Investigation Division (TID) of Sri Lanka
Police. But he was sent back home around 9:00 a.m. with the instruction
that he should come to TID office when called for, sources in Colombo said.
Thursday, the first day, he was subjected to interrogation from
8:00 a.m till 9 :00 p.m and Friday TID officials interrogated him from 8:00 a.m til 10:00 p.m. He was later asked to go home and return for interrogation Saturday morning. TID had reordered statements from Selvam Adaikalanathan regarding his visit to several countries, his speeches delivered abroad at several events and
his connection with LTTE leaders, TNA sources said. Selvam Adaikalanathan along with his parliamentary colleague
M. K. Sivajilingham, had returned home on Tuesday after an year abroad.
