Policeman killed

One military trained policeman was killed and two others wounded when the Liberation attacked the forward defence lines at sector 15 on Madhu road on Monday, around 5.45 p.m.

The wounded Policmen were transferred to the Anuradhapura hospital.

This is the first attack launched by the Tigers in this area since the Sri Lanka Army captured Madhu said sources.
