TULF committee discusses No-confidence motion on Sangaree

The central working committee of the Tamil United Liberation Front (TULF), a major constituent of the Tamil National Alliance (TNA) began its crucial session Sunday morning around 10.30 a.m. at the office of the TULF at Colpetty in Colombo with the Mr.V.Ananadasangaree in the chair. Around
thirty-six members of the committee attended the meeting, party sources said.
In the morning session the current political crisis in the south following the take over of three key ministries, defense, interior and mass communication by the President and the future prospects of the peace process were discussed in detail. Around two p.m. meeting adjourned for lunch, party sources said. The removal of Mr.Anandasangaree has been included in the agenda of the meeting, sources said. The TULF working committee which resumed its marathon session around 3 p.m.continues its debate on the no-confidence move against Mr.V. Anandasangaree, party sources told Tamilnet at about 5.10 p.m.
