Hundreds of civilians gathered in front of the Jaffna district secretariat Thursday morning around 11 a.m. and organizers handed over memoranda to the Government Agent. Thereafter the protest march began to move towards the Jaffna office of the Sri Lanka Monitoring Mission (SLMM), through Jaffna-Kandy road and Temple Road, sources said
