Ashraff wants Muslims to pray for Geneva talks success

Ms Ferial Ashraff, leader of the National Unity Alliance and the Minister
for Housing Friday appealed to Muslim to pray for the success of peace
talks scheduled to be held in Geneva on February 22 and 23. She declared
open of an office of the NUA Friday in Amparai. She is also the Amparai
district parliamentarian, sources said.
She further stated that Muslim people should live along with Tamils and
Sinhalese with healthy understanding thinking of the future of the country.
Muslims could never live as an isolated community in Sri Lanka. Muslims should work for the establishment of permanent of peace in the
island and also should extend their maximum support for the success of the
peace effort, sources said.
