TNA to decide its next step Wednesday

Tamil National Alliance (TNA) parliamentarians called off their sit-in-protest in front of the Sri Lanka parliament complex Tuesday evening around four p.m. They launched the campaign Tuesday morning around 11 a.m. protesting against the extra-judicial killings of Tamil civilians in the North East, sources said.
TNA MPs held a press conference thereafter. TNA parliamentary group is scheduled to meet again Wednesday morning to decide on their next step before parliament resumes its sitting, TNA sources said. TNA parliamentarians walked out from the well of the House soon after Mr.Mavai Senathirajah, Jaffna district TNA parliamentarian and the General Secretary of the Ilankai Tamil Arasu Kadchchi (ITAK) making a statement in the parliament Tuesday morning and began their sit-in-protest, sources said.
