Decomposed body of male found in Vavuniya

The body of a man in partly decomposed state was found Friday evening at Musalkutty Kulam area in Vavuniya, civil society sources in Vavuniya said.

The dead man was identified as Lakshumanan Uthayakumaran, 52, a resident of Muhathankulam in Vavuniya.

The body is being kept at Vavuniya hospital for post mortem examination.

Uthayakumaran had been missing for the last few days, sources in Vavuniya said.
