Airforce bombing kills two civilians

Two civilians were killed and one wounded when the Sri Lankan Air Force jet bombed Kokavil junction in the Vanni region at 9.30 a.m today said the Voice of Tigers (VoT) . This attack had taken place in a crowded area the radio said.
Sambasivam Arudchelvan (25) had been displaced from Jaffna and sought refuge at Puthukudiyeruppu in the Mullaitivu district and Rasu Letchumi (75) from Puthuvedduvan in the Kilinochchi district were killed while they were traveling on a motorcycle, the radio said Muthiah Ramaneetharan (28) of Pandiyankulam was wounded in this incident the VoT said. The radio also said one LTTE member, Muththamilarasi (Pushpanathan Krisha of Jaffna) died in an accidental explosion in the Mullaitivu district on Friday.
