On the basis of the report, the Magistrate Wednesday morning inspected the site and ordered further exhumation in his presence. A human skull and skeletal remains were recovered in his presence, the sources said.

Mr.S.Sudesanathan, Assistant Superintendent of Police, Headquarters Inspector Dassanayake and several other police officials were present at the site with the Magistrate during the exhumation.

An inquiry into the findings of human bones and skulls is expected to be held Thursday at the Magistrate's court, sources said.
