Jaffna district Tamil National Alliance (TNA) parliamentarian
Mr.A.Vinayagamoorthy Saturday evening visited the Jaffna prison and saw the conditions of the remanded Indian fishermen, sources said. Jaffna fishermen and Sri Lanka Navy (SLN) personnel had arrested the Indian fishermen when they entered Sri Lankan waters for poaching, fisheries sources said. Except the boatmen, all other Indian fishermen have been released and handed over to the Indian coast guard in mid sea by the SLN, sources said.
