By using TamilNet News Feed you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

You agree that you will not use our material on any site that promotes discrimination against any race, ethnic minority, religion, or culture.

You agree that you will not alter the content of any news feed produced by the TamilNet including, but not limited to, changing the link to any headline.

You agree that you will not post our full-text stories at your site.

Whenever you post TamilNet content on your web site or anywhere else, please provide attribution to TamilNet, either as text (TamilNet.com is our site name) or with a graphic (we reference a small 88x31 logo in each feed for this purpose) if you use the feeds publicly -- meaning, where anyone but yourself will read them.

TamilNet reserves all rights in and to the logo, and your right to use the logo is limited to providing attribution in connection with the news feeds.

We request users of RSS feed to cache the feed and to not access our RSS files more than once every fifteen minutes.

While TamilNet will make an effort to provide the news feeds indefinitely, TamilNet reserves the right to disable or modify the news feeds at any time without notice.

We specifically disclaim any representations or warranties, express or implied.

Any site that chooses to use this service specifically acknowledges and agrees that TamilNet is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the TamilNet News Feed.
