ICRC to assist Jaffna exam process

School teacher shot dead

A school teacher identified as S. Raveenthiran was shot dead by the SLA in Kaithady in Jaffna last night around 9.30 p.m. The Chavakachcheri Police brought his body to the Jaffna hospital mortuary today claiming that it was that of an LTTE activist.

Heavy casualties in Vanni Battle
